Memory Lock
When memory is locked, all received faxes will be stored securely in the mfp. No faxes will be printed until the memory lock transitions to off, or a user manually prints a specific fax using the PIN. The memory lock can either be operated manually, or may be scheduled to turn off and on at given times on various days. Received faxes can be scheduled for printing only during business hours for example, avoiding security issues of incoming faxes sitting unattended.
