FIXES:
- Fixes an issue where the internal keyboard generates the incorrect characters.
- Fixes an issue where the Simplified Chinese language translation of Hybrid

- Fixes an issue where the IPV6 network is listed before the IPV4 network when
the system is connected to an HP Thunderbolt Dock G4.
- Fixes an issue where the Secure Boot Keys Protection can not be disabled.
- Fixes an issue on a system connected to a D6000 dock where input from the
keyboard or mouse in the BIOS menu is distorted on the display and the response
is delayed.
- Fixes an issue where TamperLock can be disabled by Windows Management
Instrumentation (WMI) without authentication.

Recovery Environment is disabled.
- Fixes an issue where the settings for Sure Start Secure Boot Keys Protection
cannot be changed.
- Fixes an issue where TechPulse Erase does not function properly.
