NOTE: HP strongly recommends updating the system BIOS to address a potential
issue with HP Sure Start that can cause some devices to experience a Secure Boot
error at boot.

- Addresses security vulnerabilities CVE-2023-5410.
- Addresses security vulnerabilities CVE-2023-22329 and CVE-2023-25756.
- Adds HTTPS support for Sure Recover in the pre-boot environment for operating
system recovery.
- Provides support for the 5.15-5.35 GHz band.
- Adds Measure Additional DMA Settings to the BIOS setup menu for improved
security in DMA protection.
- Updates the Intel Reference Code to version 0C.00.BA.10.
- Enables the system to enter hibernation when the thermal sensor detects that
the system temperature is running in high.
- Updates the Intel Rapid Storage Technology (Intel RST) Pre-OS driver to
version 19.5.5.5727.

FIXES:
- Fixes an issue that occurs after the EBAM and BIOS admin passwords are set
where flashing the BIOS with the correct password causes the Firmware Update and
Recovery Utility interface to display the message, Incorrect password was
entered.
- Fixes an issue where an external monitor that is disconnected from the system
while the system is in hibernation cannot be detected when the monitor is
reconnected after the system resumes.
- Fixes an issue where a monitor with a VGA port cannot be detected when the
system resumes from a power-off state while connected to the monitor through a
USB-C to VGA dongle.
- Fixes an issue where a system cannot be locked after Find, Lock and Wipe is
used to lock the system from a remote server and the system then resumes from
hibernation.
- Fixes an issue that occurs after Windows Update is run which causes a blue
screen event to occur and the system displays the message, Unsupported
Processor.
