FIXES:
- Fixes an issue on a system that enters and resumes from hibernation while
charging through an HP USB-C Essential Power Bank where the system displays an
incorrect error message that the PC is not charging.

- Fixes an issue where the camera preview screen displays yellow and green
colors intermittently.
- Fixes an intermittent issue where a device connected to the system through a
