FIXES:
- Fixes an issue where USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) does not
function properly.
- Fixes an issue where SMS cannot be received if the PIN has been enabled.

HOW TO USE:

the file to a folder on your hard drive (make a note of the folder where the
downloaded file is saved).

2. Double click the downloaded file and follow the instructions.
