I.  INTRODUCTION
************************

The Release Notes can be found on the web at: 
http://www.hp.com/support/lj4200_software, they 
provide specific information you should know before you 
install and use the Printing System.  Information is 
provided for the following operating systems:

-Windows XP
-Windows 2000
-Windows NT 4.0
-Windows 95/98/Millennium

This file provides specific compatibility, and troubleshooting 
information.  For additional information on the printer features 
and driver features, refer to the online help included with each 
software component and the printer user guide.

WHO NEEDS THE SOFTWARE?

The Printing System software on the software CD is required to 
operate a HP LaserJet 4200 Series printer.  Users will 
need the installation CD, or the name of the appropriate network 
directory, to install the software on their individual 
workstations.

For a complete description of the Printing System components 
and detailed installation instructions, please refer to the 
Installation Notes, (read4200.rtf), located under the 
language folder on the Printing System Software CD.
