The User PIN Authentication page enables you to add user PIN records into the device one at a time, and to edit or delete user PIN records that have already been saved in the device.
You can also use the device Import/Export feature to load a large list of users all at once, rather than adding them one at a time.
You can set up the device to require each user to provide their PIN when they access the device. To set up this authentication option, do the following:
You can add a new user and PIN by clicking Add New User.... This takes you to the Add User page, which has instructions for completing the task.

Note: If e-mail address validation has been enabled on the device, the e-mail address is required to have an @ sign.
You can edit or delete any of the users that have been saved in the device.

Note: If you want to delete all user PIN records from the device, click Delete All Users.... If you want to make a backup copy of the user records first, you can do this by using the device Import/Export feature.
You might encounter the following errors when adding, editing, or deleting user records. The Cause column in this table indicates the possible cause of the error.

The entry you are editing has been removed or changed by another user. The new information has not been saved. | Someone else is editing this entry, either at the device or from their Web browser. Wait a few minutes and then try again to access the record. |
The entry you are deleting has been changed by another user. The entry has not been deleted. | Someone else is editing this entry, either at the device or from their Web browser. Wait a few minutes and then try again to delete the record. |
Device busy. | Someone else is accessing the user records, either at the device or from their Web browser. Once they have completed their task, you can access the user records. |
Functionality on this page has been disabled because of your current browser settings. To enable this functionality, change your browser settings to allow JavaScript. | If the browser settings are adjusted for high security, scripting languages, including JavaScript, are disabled.
