This new version has Japanese text so that new ASA menu items 
are correctly integrated in the Japanese OV menu items. This
patch allows "HP ASA Admin" to be put under the Japanese translation 
of "Options", and to translate the top-level menu "Monitor" to Japanese.

How to install:
---------------

1) Create a temporary directory (e.g. C:\temp).

2) Copy the zipped file to the same temporary directory and unzip
   using pkunzip.

3) Follow the intructions in the README file.
