Description: Feature upgrade, providing:
             1) Ability to use TFTP from the hub console to upgrade
                the hub firmware
             2) Several web-browser enhancements, documented in the
                "Read Me First" (filename 59692302.PDF), available
                on the WWW
             3) LED behavior to identify a port that has been auto-
                disabled.  The port status LED flashes rapidly.
             Also, A.02.01 provides fixes to the bugs documented below.

BUG FIXES (since last release)

NMT2931:
      Resizing the Netscape 3.0 window always selects the status tab,
      and the wrong option buttons are displayed.
NMT2932:
      Netscape 3 for Unix browser crashes after resizing windows
      several times.
NMT3039:
      Detailed Fault-Finder text does not wrap properly within Netscape
      on a PC.
NMT3289:
      The denial-of-service attack known as "Land Attack" (source code
      "land.c" or "moreland.c"), causes the hub agent to hang, and
      eventually reboot.  This attack involves a TCP SYN packet with
      the destination IP address equal to the source IP address.
      Such packets are now detected and discarded.
NMT3297:
      When eavesdrop prevention is enabled, endnodes moved from
      one port to another may not receive packets destined to them.
NMT3384:
      A hub configured for DHCP will obtain an IP address and keep
      using that address, instead of asking to renew the "lease".
NMT3416:
      When eavesdrop prevention is enabled, connectivity to some nodes
      is lost.
NMT3423:
      AdvanceStack Assistant and TopTools do not place the hub icon
      on a topology map.
NMT3437:
      Huge ping packets sent to the hub can cause the hub to not
      respond to other network traffic destined for the hub.
